Spring Break Bucket List

Hi everyone!  I’m officially done with my Winter quarter, and I couldn’t be more excited to rest and rejuvenate for these next couple weeks.  Per the advice of one of my close friends, I am beginning to plan out each day so that I can avoid as much Netflix and Hulu binge watching as possible.  Luckily, Savannah is a beautiful and warm city so it isn’t difficult to be out and about on the daily.  Even though Savannah is a common vacation destination, since I live here my Spring break is a stay-cation!  Below I’ve compiled my stay-cation bucket list, which is just a little list of things I plan on doing to keep myself busy and ensure that I have hit the “reset” button before my Spring quarter begins.

❤ Exercise!  I used to do Pure Barre or Ballet Beautiful everyday, but somehow my exercise routine became lost in the midst of all of my homework and new life here in Savannah.  I plan on incorporating exercise back into my life a little at a time over break.

❤ A facial and pedicure!  For Valentine’s Day, my mom was so generous as to give me a gift card to a local spa, and I have been saving it since then so that I could splurge over break.

❤ See Before I Fall!  Before I Fall has been one of my favorite books for years (I’ve probably read it six or seven times), and I had no idea they were making a movie out of it until I was scrolling through twitter one day and saw the advertisement.  Needless to say, I can’t wait to see the movie.

❤ Read Unfiltered!  I have become a huge fan of Lily Collins, and decided to splurge and buy her new book, Unfiltered.  It seems very inspirational, perfect for reading over a mini vacation.

❤ Explore!  This is a photo from Paris that I happened to stumble across on Pinterest, and while I am not going to be in Paris, I love photos that remind me that it certainly does not cost any money to just go out the world and explore.  I always try to remember how important it is to be open to new experiences.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, and I’d love to hear in the comment section if you can relate to anything on this list!

Much love,

Carly xx
