“All Is Well”

FullSizeRender-3

In honor of Louise Hay, who passed away a few days ago, I would like to share something from one of her books, You Can Heal Your Life.  Her positivity and light touched so many people, and even at a time where I hadn’t yet to begin to truly understand some of the ideas taught in this book, I remembered a small excerpt that I would often repeat to myself in difficult times, whenever I could remember to do so.  I first read this book when I was fifteen years old, and honestly, I didn’t understand it fully.  I think now that it was because there was so much I still needed to go through before I could remember these ideas that have always been inside of me (in all of us really!).  After this summer, having learnt what it is to let go and the essence of living with an open heart, I am planning to reread this.  Having an open heart is so important, because from there, we can heal and create anything we can imagine.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect,

whole, and complete, and yet life is ever changing.

There is no beginning and no end,

only a constant cycling and recycling

of substance and experiences.

Life is never stuck or static or stale,

for each moment is ever new and fresh.

I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power

has given me the power to create my own circumstances.

I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power

of my own mind to use in any way I choose.

Every moment of life is a new beginning point

as we move from the old.  This moment is a new point

of beginning for me right here and right now.

All is well in my world.

– Louise Hay ❤
